1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and eh88 ("eh88," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at eh88.biz ("Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by eh88, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the eh88 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not listed on any sanctions list, anti-money-laundering watchlist, or prohibited persons registry applicable under Philippine law.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

eh88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming on eh88, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active eh88 account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any bonus balances, winnings, or funds held in duplicate accounts are forfeited pending investigation.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

eh88 is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players. KYC verification requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, or Passport) and, where required, proof of address. 3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eh88 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes (OTPs) with any other person. eh88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify eh88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

eh88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). eh88 does not accept cryptocurrencies as a deposit or withdrawal method.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay) and ₱500 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the verified eh88 account. eh88 targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and within two (2) hours for bank transfers, for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending additional verification. eh88 does not charge platform-side fees for standard withdrawals, but your payment provider's fees may apply.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

eh88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws of the Philippines. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. eh88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending AML investigation. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering or other unlawful financial activity will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions offered by eh88 are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time of each offer. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. eh88 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the specific offer) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

eh88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus balances voided and may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be forfeited automatically. eh88 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the eh88 Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail. Game outcomes determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) software are final and binding. In the event of a technical failure, malfunction, or connectivity error during a game session, eh88 will apply its standard dispute resolution procedure. Bets placed during a malfunction may be voided in accordance with applicable game provider rules.

Live dealer game results are final as confirmed by the live dealer studio system. If a technical fault occurs during a live session that prevents a round from being completed normally, the affected round may be declared void and all bets returned to player wallets.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eh88 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or eh88 staff members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity using the Platform.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any eh88 software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or eh88 staff through any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, graphics, text, and other materials available on the eh88 Platform are the property of eh88 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any eh88 Platform content without express written authorization.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

eh88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. eh88 implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including SSL encryption of all data transmissions and secure storage of account credentials.

10. Responsible Gaming

eh88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. In accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy, we provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders and automatic logout after a defined gaming period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eh88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. eh88's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

eh88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific game categories.

12. Account Termination

eh88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; extended inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed); or where closure is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting the eh88 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements or pending investigations.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or to the use of the eh88 Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Your continued use of the eh88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
